How do we leave participants actually being leaders and exercising leadership effectively as their natural self-expression, meaning having a spontaneous and intuitive effective response to what we are dealing with as leaders.
In the workshop we employ the ontological discipline (Science of being), that opens up and reveals the actual nature of being and the source of our actions when we are exercising leadership.
Through mindfulness tools - observation and investigation into the content of our consciousness we can get an actionable access to being and action as an “as lived” first-person experience.
The ontological discipline and mindfulness method will enable transformation in our performance and leadership.
The workshop meetings are designed as labs where we are able to create direct access to the nature of being and our actions when we are exercising leadership.
At the end of the workshop we will be left not only knowing more about leadership but actually being effective leaders.
How do we teach leadership in a way that not only informs about leadership but also transforms us into being leaders?
