How can we be left actually being leaders and exercising leadership effectively as our natural self-expression, meaning having a spontaneous and intuitive effective response to what we are dealing with as leaders.

During the course we employ the ontological discipline (Science of being), that opens up and reveals the actual nature of being and the source of our actions when we are exercising leadership.

Through mindfulness tools - observation and investigation into the content of our consciousness, we can get an actionable access to being and action as an “as lived” first-person experience.

The ontological discipline and mindfulness method will enable transformation in our performance and leadership.

The course meetings are designed as labs where we are able to create direct access to the nature of being and our actions when we are exercising leadership.

At the end of the course we will be left not only knowing more about leadership, but actually being effective as leaders.

How do we learn leadership in a way that not only informs us about leadership but also transforms us into being effective leaders?
