The course was inspiring; we learned a new model that explains what leadership is. This model is not a set of specific tools or behavioral rules that we try to adopt or learn, but rather it introduces us to our own personal way of looking at things. The course took me to a personal place where I encountered my limitations in the context of leadership and understood how I can undergo the necessary change in myself to develop as a leader.
Things that I took from the workshop... wow, I have a lot, and I'm not even sure I can define them in words, but they accompany me in various situations, at work or outside of it. One of the main things I took is listening, without judgment. I really find myself sitting with managers and just listening, without offering solutions, more to create for them a space to tell a different story, different from the automatic response, and the listening really helps with that. Another thing that comes to mind is compassion, towards ourselves, towards others. I feel that I have taken this into all areas of my life

For many years, I have been involved in the field of human resources and coaching for managers. I have seen various types of learning and training sessions, but I have never encountered a workshop like this! We approached leadership from an angle I had never thought of before, one that is deep, authentic, and primarily enables change and development. We completed a leadership workshop with the exceptional Ella. A boutique and well-invested workshop for 5 different human resource managers, united by a common desire to learn. In the recent months, I joined a leadership workshop led by Ella. It's hard to define whether it was a training session, a workshop, or a course - what is certain is that the experience was different, unique, and particularly transformative.
